i just heard they change major rules for wattpad. it's actually brought me back here after a year. how unfortunate, i miss the old version. everything's used to be free, no ads or restrictions of any. i could say they kinda forgot their root of why wattpad was famous in the first place. on top of that, it was saddening to see few of the well known books here were used to make ai short story. i also heard some people now even wrote using ai, that's disappointing. the creativity is dead. i personally thinks minor grammar mistake, typos and your common "sorry english is not my first language" author is what makes the story interesting. the flaws are what makes it sound humane. it's like you could feel the deep emotions through the words they write because it's genuinely from their own. as for me, it's easy to notice when the writing is ai because most of it just feels repetitive and emotionless. soon, artistic individuals may hard to find because ai blocks so much talent, not to mention it's major negative environmental effect too. the world is doomed.
