Hey. I really love The Affair. It is one of the best books I ever read. I have a request from my end, if possible can we get a back story on Maddox. Like before Theo. Especially the events of the lover. It would be amazing to know about his childhood, his affair with Francessca, what actually happened that eventually led him to turn like that. Kind of like a prequel.
First of all, thank you so much for reading and loving my book! I have had that idea for a while, as well as a book of The Lover by Maddox, but I’m currently on two other projects! I just published my first book on Kindle this year and am writing the sequel, plus The Father!! But eventually that may happen :)
I would love to be able to actually taste my food, drinks, and vape. Why have I been sick all week?! 2026 has been nothing but a damn joke.

I hope Warren and Ali’s ending is feeling/living with the negative consequences that are a result of the awful choices that they have made. I am sorry, but there is no happy ending deserved here.

@ajkazarian59 I don't like Warren and Ali to have hea to. Though for me, Warren and Ali deserves to have a happy ending, but not just together. Well, hopefully we see Warren and Ali have character development too. lolz

That's the mark of characters that actually landed so keep up your amazing work. And me? I’ve been so sick all week from something my kid brought home from school. Can’t smell or taste, just miserable asf. But hey, I should have some more updates coming soon. ❤️
And maybe I will start publishing the alternate version of The Father with different POV’s every chapter, I’ve already got the first chapter finished… idk though. What do yall think?
@pinkfloydhoe hi author. would it be the same story, just with different POVs? In my opinion, I like the original story the way it is. having the story with just different povs is ok. but please don't change the story like you did with betrayal and choices.
