To those who see this (after reading Enslaved) I've decided to put it on hold indefinitely. Emma and Dustin will forever be near and dear to my heart but in recent years, I have discovered a lot about myself, in particular, my sexuality. I realize the reason I couldn't bring myself to continue writing their story is because it was built around a heterosexual context; one I was no longer part of.
However, I will be actively fine tuning the existing chapters, and hopefully be able to write a worthy ending to close the story. In the meantime, I hope you all are doing well!
