The POC Awards 2017- OPEN

QUICK ANNOUNCEMENT:
          
          The first round will be ending end of day today and the results will be posted 2 June(tomorrow). This round is based solely on first impressions; cover, grammar and intrigue. Originally it was going to be a Top 5 list but some categories had a lot of entries while some didn't have as much as others so it's just going to be Top Picks.

The People of Colour Literary Awards 2017 is unfortunately closed BUT fret not! If you are a undiscovered author looking to be recognised and join a really cool contest Aim High Awards 2017 or AHA is still open and looking to accept entries. Head on over to their book and find more about the contest and how to join. Good luck to you all :)

The deadline for receiving entries for the People of Colour Literary Awards 2017 is CLOSED! We will no longer be able to accept any application forms submitted from this point onward. Please be patient while we read and critique your books.
          
          Judging will take place from Mid-May to Mid-July so that's like 2 months of judging. The First Round's results will be posted around July.
          
          Thank you to everyone that shared and supported this contest. I appreciate each and every single one of you for making this a success.

Woah guys! We are almost at 60 entries and I am super excited to read what you guys have for us. I honestly didn't think we would get so many people supporting the People of Colour Literary Awards. I am extremely happy that it didn't turn out as a failed attempt.
