In the early teenage years writing became my safe place where I can divulge secrets and let out my sadness and frustrations through the written word. Getting older it became a passion and not just a hobby that a teenage girl took on for something to do. Writing has been the one constant that I always find my way back with. Having gone through and continue going through, writing is my escape, my way of coping and it could be a work of fiction, true stories or poetry that no matter what will always help. I express my deepest and darkest thoughts better when written or typed and its almost like free therapy on top of the therapy I already have. I'm open and honest about my struggles but can also be reserved and scared but my words come from ideas, thoughts and raw emotion and I think that is what makes a person unique; when just by words you can see or feel where there head space is, emotions that are tied to a piece of their work and that is a beautiful thing. I have writing to thank for giving me the way to create, cope, go to taboo places and so much more.
