I finally got to watching The Notebook. I couldn't have watched it at a better time, because I'm going through a phase in which all I want to do is fall in love, to kiss someone for the first time, to know what it's like to be with someone after an unfortunate separation. What does this phase have to do with The Notebook? Nicholas Sparks has taught me that 1. Just because everyone around me is with someone, doesn't mean I'm necessarily slow, because I will meet my Noah sooner or later. 2. When it's real, I'll know. When it's not, I'll know too. Which brings me to 3. I will not settle for anything less than what I want, what I  deserve. 4. Nicholas Sparks is a fucking genious. And finally, 5. I need to walk in Ally's footsteps, never her mothers.
