Maybe today's a little bit sadder. Your mind is noisier and things seem to be messier as every second passes. You don't know how to start the day or if you could make it to sunset today. Everything's heavier and darker and it's almost impossible to feel any hope for tomorrow, but someday you'll look back at this moment you're in and you'll look at yourself and say, "You did well. Hey! I've been working on something special for you guys... it's a new poetry book called "My Kind Of Therapy". This book is not going to have any rhyming in it.
