Is it just me, or do you guys have trouble sleeping too? Uggghhhh so annoying. 

I'm really mad at myself. I cut myself on Saturday the 17, 2015. I only did this one other time and that was somewhere between October and before Christmas. But that time I want able to break the skin with my pocketknife. This time my knife was able to. I bled a little cause it wasn't very deep and then right away started crying thinking that if my parents found out they would send me back to the hospital. No one knows now except for you guys and lets keep it that way. Please.
