Hii kate this might sound super cringe but im gonna say it anyway, so i started reading your books in 2024 or so and i finished all of them and i love your fanfics btw ofc i wanted to say your books helped me through some hard times and dark ones at that they made me laugh and threw me out of the world to just read them i felt free and happy whenever i re-read them your books are not only funny but make me laugh, cry, and just be happy overall and i have always wanted to be a writer like you ever since to be someone that makes other people laugh and cry (well not cry in a bad way ofc) and for them to feel happy when or if they read my book you make me have motivation to write and because of that i have started my first book!! and i was wondering if you had any tips! I wawnt to be like you rlly like ur fr my inspration<33! (hope this isnt weird or cringe)

@negativehwang OMG!! no this isn't weird at all, i'm so flattered! first of all thank you soooo much you're too sweet <3 regarding tips i do have a couple of things! starting with INSPIRATION. get inspired and line things up before you really write. have an idea for the basic structure of the story, then you can fill in the gaps as you go. i also recommend making pinterest boards and playlists for further inspiration :D alsoooo make sure you only write when you feel inspired, DON'T FORCE YOURSELF. that's what leads to writer's block. along those lines, write about someone/something you truly have interest in, not just something you perceive as "popular" that you don't really like bc that'll also burn you out quickly (though i'm sure you know that already). ugh i feel like i have way more to say but i can't think of any... SO if u have any specific questions please feel free to ask!!! And i'll be sure to save ur story so i can check it out <333
