Life goes on; Enjoy what happens because you never get that week;day;hour;minute;second back ever again.
I Run because I can; because I want to because you can't stop me. I run for my family, I run for me, I run to have fun. running is something I can't explain in words. 
I run everyday, and at meets and I think about the people who can't run I push myself and run harder for them knowing they would do the same for me.
Don't take things for granted when its not meant to be.
Learn the hard way it's makes an opsticil in life that you have to pass to keep moving forward.
