apologies for the delay in the Joy & Woe updated, y'all. had quite a few life things happen this past month (April has been a difficult one ). BUT on top of that, the chapter i've slowly been working on is a BIG one. so once it finally drops, hopefully you will not be disappointed! it felt wrong to break it up into two, so should give ya plenty of reading material for the day haha. just gotta fine tune the last few details and proofread a hundred times with my tired eyes that miss all the typos.

howdy y'all — just wanted to drop in and let y'all know why i've been inactive! i'm dealing with a death in the family and it's still pretty fresh. writing has always been a good outlet for me so i'm still doing it, but life came to a standstill for a few days, so i've been (understandably) distracted. the next chapter of joy & woe is in the works and i find joy in being able to deliver it to you soon <3 much love and talk to you soon.

hey there cowpokes!! i've been aiming for 1 chapter weekly for awhile now for Joy & Woe, but i have noticed work and my church activities revving up as a new school year starts for everyone else, so i will be slowing down slightly to 1 chapter every 1.5-2 weeks. i know that's still regular and all that, but just wanted to give y'all a heads up bc 1.) ilysm! and 2.) y'all are hungry for more LOL. also didn't want you to get worried if i was losing steam or anything -- don't you worry! i have this story planned out hehe (and it brings me much joy to write it ;) hah), the main thing is putting it into coherent chapters and adding the fluff we all love <3

uh hey howdy hey pals — i just got roped into a surprise long weekend trip. yay! good news: fun trip to a different state. bad news: i will have no time to finish my revisions on my next joy & woe chapter (i know 2 weeks is no biggie but i love my weekly chapter drops lol ). gonna try to work on some of it on the plane but no promises haha. worst case scenario, i'll see y'all next week <3 xoxo

howdy partners!! i have been uber busy preparing myself for a week long of summer camp that i will volunteering at next week -- so unfortunately there won't be another chapter of Joy & Woe next week since i will be down on internet service (and time) :(. but hoping to get out a chapter tonight or tomorrow to hold ya over till then. much luv!! <3

y'all i just wrote some hypothetical paragraphs for joy & woe angst in future chapters and hurt my own feelings. should i make y'all suffer too?  /silly

sorry for the absence this past week/weekend, i went on a trip and had awful connection and accidentally deleted my rough draft  but i’m home now and the (rewritten) chapters will be up this week!! <3
