Shouting into the void here yet again, but do any other queer people just.. have mental breakdowns over how oblivious some straight people are? Like, it’s not just homophobia, it’s the fact that cishet people don’t even have to think about how not every country has legalised homosexuality, and how marriage equality is only a thing in some countries.
          	
          	A girl in my English class genuinely asked if two characters who were both men in a book written over 100 years ago were married. They don’t even have to think about it and. It genuinely leaves me speechless.

          Me,at nearly four in the morning: *drafts a few paragraphs I could send to the family group chat to come out as a lesbian to the because any other word would be wrong or they wouldn’t get why I used it* *I need paragraphs because otherwise they will think it’s a joke or I’ll have to send paragraphs later explaining things a little* *im also planning to leave the group chat straight after because uh I’m not dealing with the backlash of that*

During online classes I haven’t been learning much but I sure have learnt that my maths teacher really doesn’t get that half of the people in his class are constantly on the verge of tears and setting us work that we have to complete even if we don’t finish it in the lesson time is bullshit and will be the reason half of his students have breakdowns during this
