Here's another poem based on "The Asylum's Dark Secret", my book
          
          In Ravenswood's abandoned halls,
          Where darkness reigns, and terror enthralls,
          A young heart beats, with curious stride,
          Emily's quest, to uncover the truth inside.
          
          The shadows whisper, the winds do sigh,
          As she delves deeper, into the asylum's eye,
          A labyrinth of horrors, a maze of pain,
          Where the damned souls, forever remain.
          
          With every step, the darkness grows thick,
          The air is heavy, with the stench of sick,
          The walls run red, with the blood of the past,
          Echoes of screams, that forever will last.
          
          Will Emily escape, the clutches of night,
          Or become the asylum's, latest victim in sight?
          Only time will tell, as she faces her fears,
          In Ravenswood's heart, where darkness appears.
