gabriella is the doppelgänger of katherine, elena, amara, tatia, and all of the others. she's a vampire, although she's always wanted to be human. she's a usual sweet girl, but has another side to her. a bad side. she can also be a badass, and a killer, with her humanity off, so people try to keep her from flipping the switch to often. she tries to live a normal life, and just went back to high school, again. she's a 600 year old vampire, who appears a seventeen year old girl.
