I keep re-reading 'Group Chat from Hell' and thought to myself (because I remember this as a Russian reader, not German), what if the reader was Lev's cousin from Russia, but it was a crossover between Haikyuu, Metal Family, and real-life?
          
          Basically it's this story ^^^^^, plus Metal Family, also the reader was dating Dee, drags him to Japan to see Lev and friends, everything is filled with crackhead energy and comedic relief.

How about steal, change, think and then write random words down that correlate with the things you have envisioned and then try to make sentences out of those words..?
