Vocaloid Tuning Tips I learned in Rishie’s server!
          
          - Install a pitch bend plugin to make it easier to pitch bend. I can’t find it tho-
          
          - Set your Pitch Bend Sensitivity to around 5. Again, this will make changes in pitch more drastic
          
          - Zoom in! Bring the slider to the max so your changes are more drastic
          
          - Go into Settings, Preferences and turn on “pitch bends like V2”, so your pitch parameter will reset after every pitch bend. This will prevent any accidents and save time
          
          - If you want to challenge yourself, delete any pitch bends that come with the VSQX/UST. Then, just play around with it until you find a sound you like. This will prevent you from you from being tempted to just plug in and play (like me-)
          
          - Use the line tool. It’s easier to use than the pencil tool (duh)
          
          - And growls, breathiness and increase vibrato! This will add more emotion to your vocals
          
          - Use the “-”. This will extend the previous vocal forward/make it sound longer 
          
          - Notebend! This is basically moving certain notes up and down or making them longer or shorter. Again, this will make your covers more unique and emotional
          
          That’s all! Be sure to take these with a grain of salt as I’m a beginner too. Hope this helps!

I’m trying to figure out how to pitch bend. My style typically consists of simple note-bending and growls (like a lot), but it still feels like I’ve done little tuning until it’s been mixed. But the pitch bending parameter is so hard to use. I tried looking for tutorials but they’re so long and don’t get straight to the point. Ugghhhhh I’ll figure something out.
