So, it's December 25 (Christmas Day for anyone who celebrates) and I know from both personal experience and from knowing others, that this time of year is especially hard for many; even harder than Thanksgiving and other holidays. So I just wanted to say a few things.
1. It's okay to not be okay and to feel drained. You can rest, take care of yourself, and take a break. You don't need permission to take a break and/or to not be okay.
2. I love and support you, even if we've never talked before. You're a person and you don't deserve to be treated as anything other than that.
3. You are valid, whether you love this time or year or not. You are valid.
4. If you don't celebrate a holiday around this time of year, happy December.
