don't mean to sound rude but you need to sit down and work out what you want in your magazine, because all of us doing it, esspecially on a chat like this where half of us are never on coz of time zones, nothing proper is getting sorted. You keep to organise what exactly you want in your magazine, the order you want it in, the name, and then send us the list and we can then say well I'll do this as that. Because I kinda feel like we're pulling this magazine together. You haven't planned anything, I understand that you may just be collecting ideas, but I as an employee don't feel confident with my job as the whole idea isn't organised. It's an idea, but ideas need work. If we were actually together in flesh this would be ok, putting ideas like this together, but I'm English and I know some of you's are American, there's probs an Australian in there too, so if I submit an idea, I have to wait atleast 10 hours to get any further, that's why I'm saying you have to really take charge and decide whats in the magazine. Plan it page to page not category to category. Then discuss with us because it would in my opinion work more smoothly. Please don't take this to offence but you have I admit, we've been together as staff for three days now and what has actually been agreed and is sorted?
