let cars merge into your lane while driving, stick your tongue out at babies, compliment strangers. challenge yourself to not ridicule anyone for an entire day, then two days, then a week. walk with straightened posture, look people in the eyes, ask about their stories, talk to acquaintances so you become friends. take time to marvel at the world’s little treasures. take time to replenish your spirit. take time to become a better human.
