@BananaBreadMf well, in my opinion, it's best to ask first, or at the very least give a bit of a warning so the person can interject if they need to, or at least be able to prepare themselves. Unless its absolutely urgent of course, then I don't think it should be expected :)

OK CALL ME CRAZY BUT I HAD THIS EXPERIENCE TWO MINUTES AGO AND I NEEDED TO TELL PPL BCS IT SCARED THE SHIT OUTTA ME.
ok so i had just turned the living room light and tv off bcs i was the last one up and i was going to go to my room. then i put my phone on its charger, grab a sip of water and turn off the kitchen light to walk to my room. so at this point the house was in complete darkness and i couldn't see anything. normally this doesn't bother me since its only like 10 feet max to my bedroom from the kitchen. but then i heard this little voice whisper FROM BEHIND ME IN THE KITCHEN "joseph" (my little brothers name). so i fucking bolted to my room, fumbled for the handle, switched my light on, shut my door, and just stood there wondering wtf just happened. and just a week ago my LED lights were on white and they started switching colours and going rly fast and the remote was sitting on my desk on the other side of the room.
long story short i think my house is haunted or smt
help bro
i dont wanna leave my room in the dark ever again
