i know i've been mia for a while, and i'm so so so sorry. i had some really crazy busy months and it's been really hard for me to continue to update. don't worry though, i promise you guys I WILL finish this story.
to everyone that has been reading since the very beginning, you all have no idea how much you mean to me. thank you for the votes, the comments, even just READING, it really means the world that you all like my work.
i'd like to address something that i saw in my inbox when i finally logged back in. i do NOT use chat gpt to write my entire story. i felt offended that my hard work and all the planning out i did is really being reduced to using ai for every chapter.
although i did use it to help make my title and to help figure out a perfect format for each chapter and how to smoothly piece the plot together, all of the writing and dialogue is one hundred percent ME.
i spent a lot of time reviewing jarren's talking habits, his physical mannerisms, and tried my best to make it as authentic to how he is in real life as possible. there are hours and hours of pure research and hard work that i put into these chapters and i really hope that you all can appreciate that.
although i can't guarantee when the next update will be, it is coming. and the book will finish by the end of this year :) thank you again to everyone who reads this and i love you all so much. <3
