CAN SOMEBODY HELP ME WITH MY PHONE

This is so frustrating 

I tried rebooting it and it worked but just for about a minute 

Whenever I try to use ig, twt, and fb, it just brings me back to my home screen

Ok, I'm going to leave before I even started.
