            "Baby I was gonna be late," Billy chuckled softly, crawling into bed. "C'mere, hangry," he teased, pulling her closer carefully by her waist and laying a gentle kiss to her forehead. Then of course he had to snuggle her belly for a minute. "Really? The boxers? Of all things?"

            / Wattpad is doing that stupid thing again. 
            
            Billy froze. He didn't pull away but he didn't exactly hug back. For a solid minute it seems like he was just gonna stand there. Then after what felt like ages, not that they were counting, Billy finally caved. He melted into her embrace, his shoulders slumping. Eyes closed, and for the first time in his 19 years of living...Billy just let go. He let everything go. All that pain he's been holding inside for years, culminating when Starcourt happened...he just let it all go. And it was ripped from him out of quiet sobs that wracked his broken body.

            Billy wanted to argue. He wanted to tell kai she was wrong or that she's insane but he couldn't speak. Instead, he got all choked up, those faded eyes of his filling with more tears. "Why are you doing this?" He whispered, scarred lip quivering as tears spilled down his cheeks. "Why are you telling me all of this? To cheer me up or some shit?" Despite his words, it's obvious his emotions are getting the better of him. His voice is exposing how he truly feels. Not the stupid mask he put on every day to feel some semblance of normalcy.

            " nobody would've had the nerve to do that, billy. and it's not just about starcourt. you.. you've made me less of an asshole. you've helped me get through all this insane shit that went down here. you even improved my kids' lives, billy. you've made a difference. "
            she spoke, looking him in his teary eyes.
            " i told max she's always welcome at my place. just like you are. i know everyone has their opinions, but you're just wrong. you've made a difference in the ways that matter. "

            "C'mon, who said we didn't have to worry about it?" Billy pouted, trying to hide the smile creeping onto his face. "There's always Vegas. Everything is legal in Vegas." He laid a gentle kiss to her forehead, brushing a stray hair from her face. She looked especially gorgeous like this, laid up in his bed, clothes and hair messy. Not a care in the world. 

Livius couldn't help but laugh , cringing at the particularly sloppy kiss . She always hated when he did that , but it was endearing in some way .  " Oh stop it . You're saying this like it's a thing we have to worry about right now or any time soon for that matter . "  she rolled her eyes , giving a gentle press of her nails into his chest .

            "Oh all the time," Billy smoothly responded, with a gross wet kiss to her face. "But I'll learn to miss it one day. So you better not go before me. I'll invent a way to keep you alive." He pressed their heads together with more little kisses. If the old Billy saw him acting like this...he'd beat his own ass. To a pulp. Because guys don't 'have girly emotions'. But this Billy is content with his lady in his strong arms. He doesn't need labels or to prove himself. As long as he's got Liv, he's rich. Something he's always told himself that he doesn't deserve.
