Mara D. Romanova.

The nineteen year old daughter of Natasha Romanova and Alexi Shostakov. Mara was abandoned shortly after her birth and the presumed death of her father, as her mother left everything behind when she went to train in the Red Room. She was taken by a foreign doctor, now dead, later on in life, and was experimented upon, giving her new abilities, such as enhanced physical durability and slowed ageing, as well as others which resulted in the poor girl being placed into a mental institution.
