Kumusta kayo? It's been a while huh! Maraming salamat po ulit sa inyong lahat sa walang sawang suporta sa akin at sa aking mga akda, especially sa recently-concluded novel ko na "LOVE LETTERS FROM FIREFLIES" HUHUHU. Grabe, 5 weeks na po tayo sa Top 10 ng hotlist for Teen category. Maraming-maramig salamat po!
Anyway, I'll be returning the unpublished chapter of "TO OUR PURE LITTLE WARMTH" (formerly A LOVE IN DESPAIR) here on my wall. Expect a major revision sa story in the coming days. Anyway, 2026 ko pa i-publish sa platform na 'to 'yong bagong series ko. 'Yon lang, enjoy reading and happy holidays!

Hello, puffballs! I know everything na nangyari lately were kind of overwhelming, disastrous even. I hope that you and your family are safe. Anyway, I came here to clock in and to thank everyone for supporting me during the Malta Book Festival in Europe. May you continue to support our publications at IHRAM Press. Feel free to send me a review of the "Pressured Youth" and "The Evolving Gaze" as I'll be pleasured to read them.
Anyway, we are down to our final chapter of the Love Letters from Fireflies! Grabe, parang kailan lang since we first posted the prologue and first chapter last year ano? Around May! HAHAHA, then proceeded to finally writing it by the first quarter this year. Wohooo! Excited na ba kayo sa magiging endgame ni Maevel?! Team Jiro or Team Yuki? Kitakits nalang tayo this weekend!

Wohooo, it's been a while mga puffballs. Apologies sa medyo delayed na paramdam as I have been very busy chasing deadlines for some overseas projects and as well as my institutional papers. Nonetheless, I'm here naman na! And I want to take this opportunity to tell you, religious ka man or hindi, that we offer our best wishes of hope and empathic words for those na nasalanta ng bagyo, especially sa Cebu. May we all extend a compassionate heart for everyone; we need kindness in critical times like this. The news about it have been so devastating and sana okay lang ang mga kapwa nating nasa literary community--readers and writers alike--na taga-Visayas.
Anyway, Love Letters from Fireflies is now UPDATED with Chapters 50-52! Let's still keep on praying for our country, and extend any kind of help sa mga communities po that were swept destructively ng bagyo.
Hay, at sana, hihina na yung isa na namang namumuong bagyo na papasok pa lang sa PAR.
