I’m currently working on a new book.
Not sure yet if it’ll become a series or stay a standalone—depends if I get bored or not. This one will take a while to come out since I’m trying to edit more and fix my writing style… though knowing me, I’ll probably give up and post it as-is eventually. Please be patient.
The book is called Shadowfire.
Here’s a sneak peek:
In the bioluminescent kingdom of Luminara, magic thrives in every glow and shadow—but the dragons have been gone for 127 years, taking their greatest power with them.
Mackenzie Graves is a Blademaster trained to perfection and cursed with isolation. She believes in rules, discipline, and control—because anything less is dangerous.
Malachi Ravenhold is the Crown Prince of Luminara, hiding in plain sight as a transfer student at the War College. He questions everything, especially the system built to protect people like him.
When they’re forced to work together, their hatred is instant.
She sees privilege wrapped in deception.
He sees armor built from loneliness and rage.
Every training session becomes a battle. Every conversation is sharp with tension neither of them wants to admit to. But when a dimensional threat the kingdom has spent years denying begins to surface—and the dragons stir in the mountains—their rivalry becomes something far more dangerous.
The magic required to save Luminara demands absolute vulnerability. Mind. Soul. Trust.
As fire and shadow are forced to intertwine, Kenzie begins to realize the system she devoted herself to was built on lies. Kai learns that inherited power means nothing without the courage to use it.
And somewhere between hatred and desire, they discover that the most powerful magic isn’t the kind you’re born with.
It’s the kind you choose.
Together.
