Ugh, I hate when I'm reading a book, and the author does this John: I'm here Jane
          Jane: OK, I'll be there in a minute.
          John: ....
          Or Dad, Hey baby how was school today
          Me, it was good
          like how hard is it to put effing quotations marks around words when somebody speaks in a book? “I'm here." John said. That simple. #OneofMyWORSTPetPeeves
