Our fronts pressed against each other when she trapped me against the wall. Her chin lifted while her blue orbs met mine.
Suddenly, I felt a cold metal press against my torso.
My eyes flickered downward to find her palm pressing a gun against my torso.
I gazed at her hurt, angry blue eyes.
"Did. You. Do. It?" Her voice ice and the gun digging into my skin.
"Ocean..." I breathed.
"I asked you something!!" her voice raised with each syllable. I had never seen her raising her voice before.
"I didn't" I gulped and bent down to her eyes level.
"I didn't do it, Aadhrika" my lips were a hairsbreath away from hers. My control as thin as a thread.
She didn't believe me. I could see her placing her finger on the trigger.
“I would never do anything that steals your love away. I’d rather multiply it and return it to you" my eyes search hers, trying to find the trust and affection that used to be there.
The thread of my control broke when she moved a little and her soft lips brushed against mine.
I crashed my lips onto her and waited for a beat for her to make a move.
And she did.
I leaned more into the kiss as I groaned and while my hand moved down to her hand gripping the gun.
I switched our positions and pressed her back against the wall while my lips were devouring hers.
I swiftly took the gun from her hand and threw it on the floor.
We pulled back when we couldn't breathe anymore and my eyes met her now soft ones.
The gun long forgotten on the floor.
