I too am searching for a book that I lost months ago.Also, Please let me know if you're not okay with this post,I'll delete this immediately --
I don't remember the cover or the name of the book but some of its plot that I'd try to write as much as I remembered in my own simplest language--
There were two MCs in the story:Darius or Draius or Dracius or might be Dracus as ml and Belle (Short for Isabelle) as fl.
They were close best friends at first since childhood and then, in a relationship at 16 or something. Both were each other's firsts. Belle's mother had died which caused her father to be an alcoholic, reckless, selfish/uncaring father. Now, Darius's mother was strict; Narcissist kind, and had set quite high standards for his son's wife's place as in being rich, choosing particular courses only for study and all. His father was a quiet one while her father was completely ignorant as to what she does/doesn't and both of his parents would act ignorant of her father's behavior. It'd often be him sneaking into her room at night always due to the compromise of their family circumstance.
Both had good grades and were applying for a reputed University together. His mother didn't want Belle to be her son's GF/wife.
One day, Belle had come to his house(They're kind of regular) for dinner over where his mother's nature that I described earlier's shown to us, She was afraid that they'd get closer there so she insisted he found some GF there. First of all, It started with her teaching him about protection(and u know birds and bees talk) as if he didn't already... so, he told her off right away in a sarcastic way or something (which shows she's a strict mother)--
Though He told her off straight away, they were together but still, she pretended otherwise and kept telling him, it's ok to have fun but find some other girl for his wife which he disagreed obs.

@RecursiveRipples They're going to University next week but her father attacked her as he got to know she's going away so he'd not have money for his alcohol then, Dracius came to rescue her and told her to go to their apartment that they bought and he'd be back later. They'd childishly break up but then, patch up as they'd been often. Anyway, I don't remember the reason or how but they meet after some days. He'd made some new kind of rockstar, wild tattooed friends that she hadn't met and he wanted her to meet. They also fought when she saw some girl messaging him who she found out, was his new friend and it was the 1st time that they had fought over some girl other than their childish break-up-patch-ups. She was an inexperienced, closed-off person who'd been with him only. And they both had been with each other only. I think the friend circle had 2-3 boys excluding Darius and 1 'cool'(As Dracius described) girl (i don't remember the name)who had gotten quite close with Darius during the days they were apart, Belle noticed.One of the boys had name Trevor(Not quite sure) name or the name starting with 'T' .The Girl thought Belle was a Barbie girl and that Belle thought, they were strange. His friends mentioned how he'd been talking about Belle so much and were shocked at getting to know they'd been with each other only. They then went to Karaoke where That cool Girl pulled Dracius to sing along with her. Belle saw them singing together with Darius holding her close and she noticed the happy expressions that she'd never seen him making with her before. She got upset and then, I lost the story-- Had merely 4-5 tags, three of which were #lovestory #teenfiction #teenromance only if remembered correctly.
