I have so much work piled up at my desk that they started to regularly harass me about it all ..   (he  sighs,  hanging his head in defeat.)    the joys of being a businessman,  hm?

@100score,               anywhere you want, mr aventurine. i heard there’s a new flavour of soulglad that just released earlier this week, and there’s a promotion event for clock studios theme park going on right now.. there’s always something new going on in the golden hour, so take your pick. i’ve got plenty of time              ⋆  ouverte smiles lightly, offering a gloved hand for the other to take if he so wishes. it was /partially/ true that he had time, indeed- he’d really just dumped the responsibilities over to a trusted employee and run off to greet aventurine the moment they heard the other man had returned to penacony. but hey, he’s the overseer.. what could they do apart from obey?  ⋆

         a  good bodyguard would ease my worries, I think.    it's true we're known for our .. troublesome ways, I suppose.    (he doesn't think much of the pet name, himself being just as bad for them---  even if he is a little more on the nose.    still, he raises an eyebrow to it and scoffs in amusement. )       I hope it's in good hands, then.   I guess I have time for a stroll today.  where will we be off to,  /dear/?    (he jokingly mimics the nickname,  sultry in his tone as he slides himself up next to ouverte.) 

@100score,              depends on what you're asking for, my dear. well, even so it isn't every day such a high-ranking member of the ipc decides to pay penacony a visit ~   you and your colleagues make waves wherever you go.             ⋆  the petname slips out easily, though really you didn't have to think much of it ⸻ it's just how ouverte habitually talks to others.  ⋆               i've left the casino to one of my aides for now, so.. would you be up for a walk? no pressure, of course.

short,   her hair is light with some blue tips. she wears a sort of.. headband,  and her eyes are sort of like an ombre.

⠀ ⠀ the king of spades, the overseer of the casino castrum, who goes by the alias ‘ouverte’. they have been here in penacony for as long as many can remember, a steady presence in the neverending blur of light and ecstasy that is the golden hour. he won’t tell you anything about himself, even if you asked in the politest of tones.. but they’re very happy to assist you in the games and slip you a drink in between rolls of dice! their fur coat reflects the lights of a grand chandelier and the shine of gambling chips, a soft yet mischievous grin curling his lips as they sling an arm around their dear aide. he enjoys every moment just as much as they hope you do, they’ll say.. even if it’s all just a dream.

⠀ ⠀ CASINO CASTRUM, ⠀ (  …  ) ⠀the famed casino in the heart of golden hour. easily visible even from far away with its flashing lights and billboards, (as long as you are of age, that is!) it is a prime destination for any first-timer or regular. its overseer will gladly welcome you should you decide to visit, directing or even personally participating in the many games that take place on the daily. in the dream where the sun never sets, enjoy yourself to your heart’s content.. glory be to the Harmony, to their united and blessed celebration! do stay awhile, you may remain as long as you want. after all, you have all the time in the world.
