I don't put books in my 'not recommended'  list to be mean. The book probably has one of these tropes: 
          
          1. Falling in love w your bully
          2. Weak female lead
          3. Redundant plot 
          4. Weak plot development

Yes I made a whole reading list just for Healing hearts by Hanna Zhribar because it's 2 and I can't stop crying
