She is definitely 20 because her dad said she had to wait another year to buy her car because she can’t get her inheritance until she’s 21. Chapter 8 I think.

I went to bed at 5 a.m. on Saturday morning because my best guy friend came over on Friday night, and then I went to bed at 5 a.m. on Sunday because I was writing. Last night, I tried to stay awake and write the next chapter. I wrote 4000 words, the last 500 of which made absolutely no sense. I will have chapter thirty-nine out tonight, after work, and after I make dinner for myself and my boyfriend. Sorry besties. I crashed HARD.

His bedroom #1, the balcony #2, her bedroom is just about tied 2.5, studio #1. Then as you know there were some kissing chapters like the first studio chapter when he was crying, on the floor of rog/freddie’s apartment, and at the store Clara works at twice (in dressing room and at the cash register).
