          I'm so delighted that you found my stories.
          
          My story is inspired by my experience as a teacher at Holy Cross Mission in the remote jungle village of Bolahun, Liberia.
          
          Besides including things I learned in my narrative, real people there inspired my characters.

          The  story  begins  at  Holy  Cross  Mission  in  the  remote  jungle  village  of  Bolahun ,  Liberia ,  where  I  served  as  a  Peace  Corps  teacher . 
          
          So  many  of  my  characters  are  inspired  by  real  people , and many of their experiences  in fiction  are based on my everyday  life in Africa.
