Manners have always done me well.

I shall read this book even if I'm to find that it is bare. And yes my follow back is indeed ment to be taken as a sign of gratitude. I am pleased that you recognized that. But in my simple opinion an "thank you" would not have been sufficient. 

As this is in the future I would speak how I would now. But I won't. If you follow md you like to follow people back as a sign of gratitude. I believe it is too much. A thank you would be fine for me. But, as it turns out, I have recently written a "book". It may be a reason to follow me, but I doubt it. As it is horrible and bare.
