The author said that alpha siwoo x alpha dohyeok would be in an omegaverse, but before that confirmation Dohyeok's fans wanted Dohyeok to get pregnant, when she had sex0 in the hospital with Siwoo, the fanart I saw are very cute, Dohyeok is so cute ❤
