I hate harems. Like I read a story and see the clear ship then out of nowhere a bloody harem!!! I had a story ruined cause the author asked the readers to vote on a ship and even though it wasnt an option some idiots spammed harem in the comments so the author did that and ruined the whole story. I bloody hate harems and wont read a single story with a harem in it. A relationship in my eyes is better with two people as it can be closer, more personal, more wholesome and just cute whereas harems are just an excuse for group sexual acts!

The protagonist in harems is always a boring stupid blank slate for the reader to project themselves onto, and all the characters in the harem have to be one-dimensional as fuck to make each of them feel unique enough.
          	  
          	  Harems are an excuse for bad character writing and over-indulgent sexual acts, because if you took all the traits of each individual person in a harem and combined them into one, you could have a complex and interesting love interest.
