Heya hun, I got logged out of my old account so I ahd to amme a new one sadly but heya I'm back TvT

So my sister (Who will not be named) Moved out on her birthday, due to my parents being assholes to all of us. She comes back today to see us and says hi. When she almost left I couldn't breath and my chest started to hurt, my parents told me to get a back bone and didn't help me at all. while my sister tried to help. My little brother was in his room watching a video. Once I was able to breath kadye left and my mother said, "Stop acting like someone died." And my dad just now gave me a lecture about hiding my feelings when my sister comes and be a emotional wreck on the inside
          I don't understand how my mom and dad can sleeping saying this to their own kid. I just almost threw up back my dad started to make me panic and I don't understand why I was almost panicking. 
          Now I'm gonna take a hot bath and watch a movie.
