Stand by yourself. 
Unfortunately, not everyone will. I've experienced bullying, and it's changed me. I used to tell myself that I was different and didn't belong.
I am imperfect. Everyone is. If you look at someone's face, you can find a thousand bad things, but the better thing to do is compliment them on the beauty that they have. Real beauty is how they are on the inside. That's what matters. And if you can't appreciate that, your loss :)
