ok well theres lots of good options for drama
-some girl ends up going to a new school or gets a new job and the popular girl's or the preppy's girl boyfriend or crush starts to like her so the girl goes on a mission to totally ruin the one girls reputation
-some girl goes to a new school or workplace and was pregnant from gettin raped in an alley or by someone she knew in the past
-a girl is diagnosed with lukemia and she decides to spend her last months of life doing everything she ever had on her list of to-do's
-a girl has this 'perfect' boyfriend who cheats on her with her best friend for twelve years, and so she runs to his brother and ends up falling in love with him
-a girl gets accepted into harvard to study to be a lawyer,a nd as sooon as she does that her parents split up and put her younger siblings up for adoption
-a girl has an older brother who isn't down syndrom but is a lot slower than much others and he requires special attention, people find out about him, and torment him and the girl takes her onto her ownself to make sure her brother is happy no matter what
-a girl has a child, puts that child up for adoption, ten years later she starts a family a searches for the daughter/son she'd wished she'd kept
