My name is Rachel, and I'm the author of "The World's Kitchen," a cookbook featuring family recipes submitted by a variety of people from all corners of the world/internet. In my spare time I love to watch cat videos (but who doesn't?), take care of my houseplants, listen to indie pop music, and experiment with a variety of baking techniques in my everlasting quest to create the best cupcake known to humankind ;)
