Jessica Goodman was raised in Sherwood, Oregon, and still lives in her childhood community to this day. She earned her bachelor's in English as well as certificates in Linguistic Studies and Professional Writing and Editing in 2023. She has always endeavored to have a life full of books, and is living her dream as a bookseller while also pursuing a master's degree in Library Science. Jessica has been writing stories since she was fourteen years old, but wrote her debut novel, Amongst the Waking Dreams, in winter of 2022. She likes to write New Adult stories that have the same whimsical feeling of books from our youth but with a dark twist of reality. Her stories contain ruined protagonists, morally-gray princes, beautifully-horrifying creatures, and plots where things are not always as they appear.
