@JJ-PANKOW i know i am late but i use a mix of pics art and pic collage. for filters and cropping, i just use the photos app on my iphone.

for like filters and themes some people use polarr and pics art is good for like making cover layout things and then phonto is really good for fonts and you can download fonts from dafont.com and then upload them from files into phonto
