I'm furious w wattpad's new system of having to pay for coins to read chapters. Btch. if i wanted to pay money to read, i would go to a different site. but no. i'm here. where i was promised a free reading experience. I don't even mind the ads bc i'm all for supporting authors. but it's ridiculous that i can't even read books that i've read many times in the past because of wattpads new policy. at first you said it was all a trial run to see just how much readers would be willing to support authors this way but the policy doesn't seem to be going away anytime soon. the least you could do is make us unlock chapters with watching ads or something. this way you still get the money and we are able to read books we are attached to. do you not think it's ridiculous that we can't even access the book at ALL without paying for it? when is someone going to realize that you're going to lose money having a couple people pay for chapters rather than having millions read the stories while watching ads.
