Talking about my studies, I’m realizing I never explained a huge reason I’m in and out was because of school in general. I was hella involved throughout, did a lot of research, worked every summer, and was also studying two. heavy reading and writing topics already so I just didn’t really have time for creative writing on top of everything. And now I work in research lol. I’m slowly regaining true free time again for the first time in 4 years and I’ve never stopped loving creative writing, so carefully reincorporating it back in again.

Sorry like it’s so embarrassing that I keep saying “Im back” and then leave yall hanging after brief flashes of activity. My last semester of college was way harder than I anticipated academically and socially and I started my first full time job so I’ve just been having a lot of post grad adjustment. I lowkey think I’m just not going to update until I’ve fulllllyyy finished Most Wanted with edits and all so the next time I come back it’s completely done and dusted for yall with no gaps for uploads. I just started touching it again last week and I’m just going to take my time and plan to be done with it by February-March. My curse is being a perfectionist

Yes, on the 31st! I’m in the states and it’s still the 30th in my area, I still need to finish editing some chapters (just decided to reupload the rest and the new chapters all at once). I’m on my break from school so that’s all I’m doing tomorrow

@WolfOfPotential believe I’ve learned my lesson from all the previous times I said I’d upload and didn’t . I waited to actually write the next 2 chapters ahead of time and am just waiting to finish my exams to do my edits to the currently uploaded chapters - so I’ll be done before the 31st but didn’t want to rush it

Y’all I was lowkey maybe not planning on coming back and writing, but just found my old journals where I would sketch out my plots and flesh out characters (Wattpad was so serious to me back then lol)
I started writing here in 8th grade and published Most Wanted my sophomore year of high school. I’m now in my senior year of college but I do want to get back into writing consistently again, especially for these stories that hold a special place in my heart. Also thinking of completely rewriting some of my older stories like Bon Appetite (my OG’s remember that one) since a lot of them were too advanced and complex for me to write the way I wanted to back then, but I think I can do it justice now.
What do the people think?
