Glitches have damaged voices, if they were to talk, they would either make weird noises or in very obscured words that are beyond understanding.
          
          
          There are some that can form somewhat of a sentence but unfortunately there are only a few out there.
          
          
          However.. someone does have a device that can slightly help make sense of  what they're saying...

Special fun fact:
          
          
          ??? Is a very high maintenance type of person. Chances are that they won't even bother part-taking in any activities unless it's actually interesting to them.
          
          If it's not, they label it as a complete waste of time.
