Hey everyone! It's Ras, coming to say hi from my super long hiatus! I just wanted to say a couple of things about where I am with both my writing and my life right now. As you can probably tell by the fact that I haven't updated TDW in almost two years, that book is going to be discontinued. I'm debating whether or not to write one last chapter that's like a jump to the future just to tie up loose ends, but I'm not sure. I've really outgrown my fanfiction phase and I've lost all motivation to write Percy Jackson fanfiction. I will always love the book series but I no longer have the motivation or desire to write fanfiction for the series any longer. I'm so grateful for all of you who read the first and second book, as I look now, the first story is at 90k reads which is INSANE!! You guys are so amazing and I love you all. As for where I am as a person, I'm about half way through high school right now, and I'm struggling. I've got a lot of personal issues and things going on right now that I definitely don't want to bother you all with, but I figured I'd just let you know that's why I'm no longer using this app. That said, I might try to start writing on my own, not fanfiction but my own stories and maybe poetry. I'm going through a really bad breakup right now so I've got a lot that I could write about haha. I'm not sure yet. But I just wanted you all to know that I'm sorry that I'm discontinuing my story, and if you all would be interested in a flash forward sort of thing let me know by replying to this comment! Thank you for everything you've done for me and for the children of our favorite demigods!

Hey, people, its Alyssa aka raspberrycrescent. I'd like to address the comments on The Demon Within by APOLOGIZING ONE THOUSAND TIMES! I've literally been on a creative block for months, and, despite knowing how each chapter until the end is going to play out, I can not think of anything to write! I will try so so hard to keep writing, but I'm starting High School in a week and I'll be very busy. I'm so so sorry!
