One of my other friends, we'll just refer to him as the confrontor, went up to the bully and asked him why he threw away my sketchbook and had torn it up. The bully proceeded to tell the confrontor that he tore it up because I was annoying and he didn't like me and that he didn't care or feel bad about the situation and he knew it was my birthday and he was trying to upset me. Later on, I told my mom about the situation and she proceeded to email my guidance counselor about it, and today they pulled me in today this morning considering yesterday they got a fairly angry email from my mom. They asked me what had happened and asked me to write down the situation and everything, and they pulled in k, the bully, me of course, the confrontor, and R. I was the first to be pulled in, and later on in the day I found out that the bully was pulled into the guidance counselor's office and was asked about it, and when asked he confess to it all, and his mom wasn't very happy nor was the school. He now has to replace my sketchbook according to my mom, because that was what the bullies mom thought was the appropriate punishment on her behalf, and the school decided that he will be appropriately punished as well according to whatever the school decides is the appropriate punishment for bullying, theft, and destruction of one's personal property and at least I know that there is some sort of resolving ending to this. It still doesn't make up for the fact that I lost 3 years of hard work because somebody didn't like me, but at least I know that he's being appropriately punished by both parties, his mom and the school, and that I'm going to get a new sketchbook.
