I've learned that God is the true Leader & by Leader is it meant that; true Leaders never create followers it only develops Leaders. 
I'm willing to put all 'hard work' & become one of those Leaders.

So when people ask& wonder about me, I only reply with, "Soon to be."

I respect Leadership.
I work hard to earn. 
I accept Failure.
