When I was nine years old, I was shoved into a car, driven across town, plopped into a theater seat and forced to watch my favorite movie of all time. Of course, I didn't know Raiders of the Lost Ark was going to be my favorite movie of all time, but by the time the credits rolled, and the last note of Indy's theme echoed through the theater, I knew. But, more importantly, I knew exactly what I wanted to do in my life. And, no, it wasn't jumping into a tomb full of snakes. I knew I wanted to tell stories. And it didn't matter the medium. I wanted to write books, direct movies, launch tv shows, design theme parks, and create games of all kinds - anything that entertained through storytelling. I wanted to make people feel the absolute irrepressible joy that I felt watching Indiana Jones dodge giant boulders and punch Nazis. That desire has never left me. In forty years, that passion to make someone feel like I did in that darkened theater that afternoon in 1981 has never wavered.
