Intrepid
          
          Many words come floating through my mind 
          
          			but
          This word  such as Intrepid stands out
          Now most of us know what it means 
          but for those …........ Take the time to read 
          and …......it will be explained 
          We hope that this will be fun, and an amusing read
          We do our best to enlighten 
          with humour hopefully along the way 
          
          Now this word ….... it seems 
          has so many meanings  THAT 
          We will do our best to enlighten others 
          along, in the same and unsual vein 
          So, as we travel with this word 
          one would say …. You are bold or fearless 
          or so......... we are told 
          
          Now in this stange world of ours 
          BOLD … can be used in a very different way 
          One can be bold within ones mind 
                     or even 
          Bold as is used in slang ….. To Be Bold 
          means bad in so many ways
          
          But today we speak of those 
          who have been Intrepid 
          which has a meaning of 
          fearless, courageous, gallant 
          and most of all ….... Heroic in every way
          
          Now many have in relationships 
          that could be known as courageous or even brave
          So look at these people 
          in a differeng frame of mind 
          
          We may not understand what 
          this brings to mind 
          Take them under one's wings 
          and welcome within your own 
          
          
          
          
          One may be courageous to the outside world 
          but whiin they maybe on a whim 
          Be kind to one another in this season 
          that we so regard as our own 
          
          Man can also be Intrepid 
          meaning that they can be gallant 
          in what they do or say 
          They take the time to protect whats theirs 
          but done in a comforting way 
          We accept these men that give to those 
          and this would mean Intrepid 
          
          Woman are known just the same
          but the word Intrepid can be 
          used differently in this regard 
          Woman can be audacious, or bodacious
          as some men would say 
          But they are Intrepid in regards 
          what they do or say 
          
          We hope that this would has been explained
          in a very special way 
          Whe have given this word , in a very unique way
          so go out all of you 
          and have and Audicious day

A Flickering Candle
          
          
          A Flickering candle …...... standing alone, 
          upright, solitary against the wall
          heralding warmth that welcomes 
          One and All 
          sending shadows, dancing 
           which entice 
          wrapping strands of Light 
          surrounding ones deeper soul 
          
          A Flickering candle ….... standing alone
          encouraging ,  …... welcoming 
          souls that hold 
          thoughts of Love 
          and Peace within
          A flickering light bringing warmth 
          to One and All 
          
          A Flickering candle …...... standing alone 
          wax dripping ….... slowly down 
          forming puddles of hardened wax 
          to solid base 
          Giving warmth from a candle flame 
          to those who need the comfort 
          from within 
          
          A flickering candle …...... standing alone 
          being offered 
          by a gentle hand 
          offering the warmth 
          to One and All 
          within this space 
          
          So ....  to all those
          who note the flickering candle
          within the nook 
          We welcome You
          to the warmth within
